Desktop
Webmail – available via any web broswer at http://webmail.health.wa.gov.au
As of late 2016, Health Support services have notified us that email restrictions have been placed on desktop clients and due to current security policy, you may not be able access email from a desktop client. If you have been granted the correct security privileges you may be able to access your email using the following methods.
Windows PC
Outlook Client – setup as Microsoft Exchange Active Sync or Exchange Server
Mac OSX (Mail App)
System Preferences > Internet Accounts > Exchange Server
Server, Username, Domain as above for outlook.
Mobile
iPhone
Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars
Add Account
Exchange
Email – firstname.lastname@health.wa.gov.au and your password
Next – this will fail and prompt you to add more info
Click Next – if it works you can select mail, contacts, calendar etc.
Android
>Android 6 you can configure via gmail app by adding an exchange server
Otherwise (older android versions) you need to use the stock email app that came with your particular flavour of handset.
Exchange Server must be selected.
Other Third Party Apps
Outlook for iOS and Android will work – generally use the same details as above for server, domain, username etc. Always use exchange server as the server type.

domain is hdwa.
