Atrial flutter with variable 2:1 and 4:1 block

P waves:  

Duration = 60 ms

Amplitude = 0.1 mV

PR interval:

Duration =  120 ms

Morphology = Normal

QRS complex:

Duration = 76 ms

Axis = 68°

Q Waves:

R wave progression:

Normal

LV Hypertrophy [Sokolow; SV1 + (RV5 or RV6) > 35mm) or RI + SIII > 25mm]?

No

RV Hypertrophy [R/S ratio V5 or V6 < 1 or R/S ratio V1 > 1 or S1S2S3 pattern]?

ST segments:

Duration = 140 ms

T waves:

Interpretation: This ECG shows atrial flutter with variable block. She had been referred in by her GP for management of atrial fibrillation, identified by her cardiologist some 6 weeks previously. She was on no medications.
