Interpretation: There is an acute inferolateral MI with reciprocal changes in I and aVL. There is some depression in V2-3, likely reciprocal, but could be the manifestation of some posterior extension. Bradydysrhythmias are common with inferior MI with varying degrees of 2nd and 3rd degree AV blocks, as well as slow nodal rhythms.
